Under the guidance of Elvana, you’ll learn the secrets behind perfecting the crust and crumb of various bread types, from rustic sourdough to soft brioche. Weather you will want to bake for your family or to sell, you will learn top tips on how to effectively ad efficiency bake in bulk. Our hands-on approach ensures that you’ll not only understand the theory behind the art but also get to practice kneading, shaping, and baking your own loaves. By the end of the class, you’ll have the confidence and knowledge to bring the warm, comforting aroma of freshly baked bread into your own home, along with recipes and tips to continue your baking journey. This class includes all drinks, lunch, sourdough starter, and my tried and tested sourdough recipes.
